3rd Annual Berkeley Springs Invitational

When: Saturday, March 21, 2009
10:00 am. Coaches and team
captains meeting will be @ 9:15 am.
Where: Berkeley Springs Track & Field
Complex,
Who: Max 10 teams (per gender). The meet will fill on a first come first
served basis.
Entries: One (1) relay per team in each event, three
(3) individuals per team in each event. Entries are due by Wednesday, March 18th at 3pm.
Scratches: This will be a
scratch/add meet.
Entry Fee: The entry fee
will be$45 ($90 total for a
boys’ and girls’ team).
Awards: Awards will be given to the top six in
each event; the top two teams will be awarded trophies
T-shirts: T-shirts will be sold during the meet.
Concessions: A variety of hot and cold concessions
will be sold during the meet.

Since this is an early season meet, we will
run a
Pole vault will be contested.
The Shuttle Hurdle relay will be contested
as well as the 4x200 meter relay.
We will be utilizing a fully automated
timing system.
No electronic equipment will be allowed
inside the fenced in area around the track.
(cell phones, walkmans, ipods, etc.)
