Lightning Running Club (LRC) 2010 Youth XC Meet

The Lightning Running Club (LRC) [www.lrcrun.org], a youth running club serving and promoting youth cross country running in Maryland and its neighboring states (WVA. PA. and VA),

1. Lightning Running Club (LRC) 2010 Youth XC Meet on Sunday 10/10/10 at Kemptown Park in Monrovia. MD. 2. Second Annual Maryland Youth XC Championships on Sunday, 11/7/10 at Ballenger Creek Park, Frederick, MD. This is a youth (ages 6 to 18) championship meet with individual and age-group team competition and will include open competition as well as qualifier races for advancement to the AAU National Cross Country Championships and the Cross Country Coaches National Youth Championships (CCCNYC). Individuals, club, and middle school teams are encouraged to participate.
